Our service is designed to make your trip easier from the moment you arrive at your destination until the moment you leave. We take care of collecting, storing, and delivering your luggage, allowing you to move around in complete comfort while you enjoy your stay or pursue your activities.

This way, you can enjoy your free time without worrying about transporting your belongings. Similarly, on your departure day, you can drop off your luggage at your hotel, accommodation, or agreed-upon location, and we will take care of delivering it to the airport for you to collect before your flight.

Pick-up and delivery at accommodation (Hotel or Airbnb)
Our driver can pick up or deliver your luggage to your hotel, Airbnb, or other specified address. It's important that someone is available to meet the driver at the specified address within the agreed-upon time.
Airport pickup
If your luggage is being collected at the airport, our team will pick it up at the arrivals terminal. In the event of a reasonable flight delay, the driver will wait as long as necessary to complete the service.
Airport delivery
To ensure you have enough time to check in, your luggage will be delivered at least 2 hours before your flight's departure at the relevant airport.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Reservations, modifications, or cancellations must be made before the deadline set the day before the service. After that time, the reservation cannot be modified or refunded.
Items not allowed in luggage
For security reasons, certain items such as animals, frozen products, hazardous materials, illegal items, or prohibited goods are not permitted. Additionally, we recommend that clients keep important documents, cash, or high-value items with them during the service.
